RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and deepen client relationships to really understand the client situation and develop tailored wealth management strategies. Add value to sophisticated Brazilian clients and the intermediaries representing them;
- Develop expertise in financial markets and products and apply to clients’ portfolios and needs;
- Successfully get referrals and convert prospects to clients – Close the business;
- Create, organize and implement a wealth management strategy designed to deepen relationships with existing clients;
- Identify potential sales opportunities with existing clients; actively manage and deepen the client relationship;
- Proactively analyze client needs; identify value added opportunities, and provide creative solutions, negotiate terms, determine pricing, and document standards in complex transactions. Offer full array of appropriate products to meet clients’ needs;
- Maintain access to and credibility with clients as a trusted financial advisor. Handle inquiries and resolve problems whenever contacted by client.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related areas;
- Master is a plus;
- Multi-year experience in Private Banking or the affluent market segment;
- Demonstrated record of accomplishment in relationship selling;
- Experience in selling new products, based on client need;
- Knowledge of many products including investments, investment finance, and banking;
- Knowledge of EMEA markets and the financial market relevant to the client base Latam America.
