Job description: 

We are looking for a candidate to join our friendly Sales/ Ticketing Department, we are ideally looking for candidates with strong knowledge of airline reservations and ticketing to work in our dedicated and dynamic back office team with the ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.                              

 EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • - Fluent English and Portuguese, both spoken and written.  Additional language skills and advantage.
  • - Experience working with a CRS system, knowledge of Amadeus is an advantage.  
  • - Exceptional communication skills.
  • - Good organisational skills.
  • - Ability to multi-task and a 'can-do' attitude.        
  • - Negotiation and problem solving skills.
