Job description: 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for driving operating performance of the company in British Islands;
  • Develop forecast and estimates for company rolling;
  • Analyze results and reporting key metrics advising leadership team in terms of risks and opportunities;
  • Lead functional projects to improve rigor in Key Finance processes, reducing costs and improving profitability;
  • Responsible for invoicing, billing and collections for business operations;
  • Manage bank and treasury relationships in country;
  • Assist regional finance with management reporting and communicate results to country manager;
  • Effectively manage, coordinate and develop a team of Financial Analyst and accountants.

PROFILE

  • Strategic profile with at least 5 years’ experience in production lines, ISO, Operations and Continuous improvement process
  • Data Base and Quality (8D/Six sigma/lean) knowledge
  • Desirable SAP
  • Customer oriented
  • High leadership profile and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related areas
  • Desirable MBA
  • Fluent English and Spanish

Job description: 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deepen client relationships to really understand the client situation and develop tailored wealth management strategies. Add value to sophisticated Brazilian clients and the intermediaries representing them;
  • Develop expertise in financial markets and products and apply to clients’ portfolios and needs;
  • Successfully get referrals and convert prospects to clients – Close the business;
  • Create, organize and implement a wealth management strategy designed to deepen relationships with existing clients;
  • Identify potential sales opportunities with existing clients; actively manage and deepen the client relationship;
  • Proactively analyze client needs; identify value added opportunities, and provide creative solutions, negotiate terms, determine pricing, and document standards in complex transactions. Offer full array of appropriate products to meet clients’ needs;
  • Maintain access to and credibility with clients as a trusted financial advisor. Handle inquiries and resolve problems whenever contacted by client.

PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related areas;
  • Master is a plus;
  • Multi-year experience in Private Banking or the affluent market segment;
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment in relationship selling;
  • Experience in selling new products, based on client need;
  • Knowledge of many products including investments, investment finance, and banking;
  • Knowledge of EMEA markets and the financial market relevant to the client base Latam America.
