This year’s Christmas Drinks took place on 2nd December at the Herbert Smith Freehills offices in Liverpool street.

The presentation initially assessed Brazil’s position against a number of political and social risk parameters, including nationalisation/expropriation, state intervention, bureaucracy (ease of doing business), trade policy and corruption/integrity and social unrest and compare these with other major Latin American economies.
