The Secretary of Finance of Rio de Janeiro, Ms. Eduarda La Rocque,  showed the investment opportunities in Rio and how the City is preparing itself for the years to come. A huge fiscal adjustment, the debt reestructuring, new management measures and financing instruments (such as PPPs), the expansion of the city's investment capacity and the two investment grade ratings are some of the achievements of the City Hall in less than 3 years.
